Maintain displays: Stock and arrange meat cases, ensuring proper product rotation for maximum freshness and visual appeal.
Ensure safety: Strictly adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols, including the thorough cleaning of tools, machinery, and work areas.
Collaborate: Communicate with store leadership regarding inventory needs, quality control, and operational concerns.
Demonstrated knife skills and a solid understanding of various cuts and preparation methods.
A professional, courteous attitude with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
The physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work safely in a cold environment.
Sharp attention to detail regarding portion control, accurate weighing, and proper labeling.
Previous meat cutting experience is preferred, though we will provide training for the right candidate who shows passion and an eagerness to learn.
