How do I sign up?

Sign up is easy - you can do it right at the register - we just need your phone number, a quick scan of your driver's license* and your email address (so we can notify you about special offers).
*Scanning your driver's license eliminates a lot of misspellings by our cashiers, and is way faster than their typing!

How do I earn points?

Every dollar that you spend at Karns on applicable items = 1 point!
The following items are excluded from earning points: lottery, gift cards, alcohol, beer, wine, tobacco, money orders, postage, gas, tax, E-ZPass, milk, pharmacy, special ordered items that received an advance discount. List is not exclusive and may be adjusted. Not all offerings are available at all stores.

How do I redeem points?

If you have enough points to be eligible for Max Dollars, your cashier will ask you if you want to redeem your points. You can choose to use it or keep savings for the future and continue earning points for a larger reward. Rewards will be offered once your basket total exceeds the reward value. So if you wish to use 15 Max Dollars, your purchase must exceed $15 worth of applicable products.

Note: When points are redeemed for Max Dollars, your point balance will be lowered. For instance, if you make a $30 purchase and have 1521 points, you can redeem 1000 points for $30 Max Dollars. You will then have 521 points in your balance, not 21 points and a $20 Max Dollar balance.

Please note - a maximum of one offer per level can be used at a time - but multiple levels can be used in a single transaction (for example - (1) 5 Max Dollars and (1) 15 Max Dollars can be used for 20 Max Dollars in a single transaction). Karns Points are valid for 18 months before they expire.

Program details and available reward selections are subject to change without notice. If you make a purchase without using your Fresh Rewards Card, you can still receive points if you turn in your receipt to Customer Service within 30 days of your purchase.
