Gently combine the ground chuck and sausage. Be careful not to overmix. Divide into 4-inch patties, season with salt and pepper.
Preheat grill to 450 degrees - cook for 4 minutes, flip and cook for 5 additional minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.
Before removing from the grill top with bacon, cheese and brush with BBQ sauce. Place on rolls and enjoy!
