1.5-2 lb Thawed/Fresh Salmon
3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper
1/3 Cup Roughly Chopped Pistachios
3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Salt and Pepper fillet. Mix Parmesan cheese and pistachios until combined. Top salmon with mustard, spreading evenly over. Coat with pistachio mixture working to secure it to the salmon. Bake for 20 minutes.
