Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella

Preheat grill to medium high.

Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over both sides of the mushrooms. Sprinkle with Karns Butcher's Love Seasoning.

Drizzle olive oil on grill pan to prevent mushrooms from sticking.

Grill mushrooms until heated through and tender, about 5 minutes per side.

Whisk together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic. Add the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.

To serve, place a grilled mushroom on a plate and top with tomato mixture. Drizzle with additional olive oil, if desired.
