Spring Crepes - 2 Ways

Warm crepes to prepare. Spread desired filling over the inside, fold or roll to enjoy, top with whipped cream.
Filling 1 - Hazelnut, sliced strawberries
Filling 2 - Whip ricotta, lemon zest, lemon juice and sugar together. Add milk or cream until light and spreadable. After crepe is folded, drizzle with warmed raspberry jam.
