Fully cook sausages in a pan with onions. Once cooked, transfer to rustic rolls with the sautéed onions, and add other favorite toppings like sauerkraut or coarse mustard.

Serve with German Potato Salad (from the Karns deli), hard or soft pretzels, and, for dessert, some fresh-baked German Chocolate Cake.
