1. In a large skillet, heat the oil and butter until melted. Add the onion and cook over high heat, stirring, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, season with salt and crushed red pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the shrimp and olives and cook until the shrimp are cooked through, about 3 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and stir in the Italian seasoning and half of the feta.

4. Serve in bowls, sprinkle with the remaining feta and enjoy with crusty bread!
