Fall Harvest Overnight Slow Cooker Oats

1. Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray to avoid sticking. Combine oats, milk, water, apple, craisins, butter, cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla in slow cooker. Mix to combine until sugar is dissolved.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with milk, brown sugar and chopped walnuts as optional toppings.
