Crab Cake Stuffed Salmon

Karns Cookin' For The Weekend
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Cut slices in each salmon portion to create a pocket.
3. Stuff Karns crab cake into each salmon pocket. Drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Serve with asparagus, green beans or potatoes.
