Baked Crab Cakes

Karns Cookin' For The Weekend
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, egg, mustard, Worcestershire, and hot sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a medium bowl, gently stir together crabmeat and panko. Fold in mayo mixture, then form into 8 patties. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning.
4. If time allows, place in a refrigerator for 30 minutes prior to cooking to allow cakes to firm.
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
6. Serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
