Apple Cider Pulled Pork

Place chopped apples and onion on the bottom of slow cooker. Season all sides of pork. Place pork in slow cooker. Add apple cider to slow cooker. Cook 4-5 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

Remove pork from slow cooker when it easily shreds. Optional: strain onions and apple and add back to shredded pork.

Toss with your favorite bbq sauce and enjoy!
